Advanced Home Inspections, LLC is owned and operated by Savannah native, Brett Ratner. Brett graduated from Savannah Country Day School in 1989 and The University of Georgia in 1994. Once he returned home, he joined Celia Dunn Realty as an agent for several years, before deciding he wanted to be more hands-on and got into the construction/renovation side of the business. Having worked in these two sides of the field, the progression into starting Advanced Home Inspections LLC came naturally, so in 2006 Brett attended the Tim Birch Technical Academy in Marietta, GA and became a certified home inspector through the Georgia Association Of Home Inspectors and the International Code Council.
